Cancelling a Change Request

Cancelling a Change Request.

VIC Owners or Delegates will have the ability to cancel change requests in the DriveON portal.

From the Inspection Centre Administration Application portal menu users will have the ability to click the Cancel Change Request button found under the Pending Change Request(s) sub menu. This option will only be available for Change Requests with the status:

• In-Progress – Meaning the request has been started, but not yet submitted for approval.
• Ministry User Requested Change – Meaning the request was submitted, but returned by a reviewer for requested changes.

Change Requests with the status “Under Ministry User Review” cannot be cancelled by the user unless they are returned for changes and status reverts to “Ministry User Requested Change”
