Managing VIC Information

Clicking on the “Click to get started” button under the “Manage VIC Information” option allows the Owner or Delegate to update the following:

• Delegate Details
• Change the Hours of Operation for the VIC
• Update Insurance and Tax Compliance information
• Change the VIC phone numbers
• Update Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) Payment Information
• Change the VIC website address

These changes do not require MTO approval, and the VIC record will immediately reflect these updates upon submission.

Clicking on the “Back” button will take the User back to the list of VICs on the Vehicle Inspection Centre Information page. Clicking the “Home” button will return the User to the main ICAA Portal page.

The selected VIC is listed at the top of the page.

Prior to clicking the “Edit” button, the information is grayed out and only readable.

Upon clicking “Edit” in the Owner Information section, the option to edit the VIC Phone Number becomes available. Upon making the necessary change, click the checkbox next to “I hereby acknowledge and approve the use of my personal information to authorized users within the DriveON Portal,” then click the “Save” button. If you accidentally clicked the “Edit” button and do not need to make changes, click the “Cancel” button.

The User can click through any of the drop-down sections and use the “Edit” button to update the information as needed for the Business Information (phone numbers, website, hours of operation), Delegates, Insurance and Tax Compliance Information, and PAD Agreement and Bank Information. Each section that the VIC Owner or Delegate changes will require them to “Save” the changes.

Upon clicking the “Save” button, the record will update, and a pop-up window will say “The record saved successfully.” The VIC record will immediately reflect these changes.

The User can click “OK” or anywhere on the screen to return to the screen to make additional changes.

Upon completing all necessary changes, the User can click the “Back to Home” button to return to the main ICAA Portal page.
