Submitting a Program Withdrawal Request
Clicking on the “Click to get started” button under the “Program Withdrawal” option allows the Owner or Delegate to request to withdraw from the program.
In order to withdraw your VIC from the DriveON program, you will need to complete three steps before clicking on the “Click to get started” button.
- You will need to perform a data file refresh to ensure any offline inspections have been uploaded to the system.
- Your inspection tablet(s) will be locked out and not permitted to conduct any further inspections. Please ensure they are powered on and connected to Wi-Fi.
- The billing application will collect any remaining inspection fees in the next weekly PAD transaction. Please ensure your existing banking information does not change until all program fees have been collected and your VIC Withdraw Request has been approved.
Once you have successfully completed and confirmed these three items, you may proceed to the withdrawal request form by clicking on the “Click to get started” button.
NOTE: The Program Withdrawal request will require MTO approval.
Clicking on the “Back” button will take the User back to the list of VICs on the Vehicle Inspection Centre Information page. Clicking the “Home” button will return the User to the main ICAA Portal page.
VIC Program Withdrawal Request Form
The selected VIC is listed at the top of the page.
You will need to provide your contact information for communications after your VIC has been withdrawn, along with the reasons for requesting withdrawal, and agree to the attestation checkbox at the bottom. The Withdrawal date will be the day that you click the “Submit” button.
NOTE: To withdraw from the DriveON program, you will need to upload all of your off line inspections from the tablet through the Technician login. Your tablet will also need to be deauthorized to prevent further inspections from being conducted which will require your tablet to be connected to WiFi.
