1. When logged into the Portal, click on the three (3) lines in the top left corner of the page to view the Menu.
2. Click on User Management -> Change Password and the below screen will appear.
3. Enter the current password once and then the new password two times.
Note: Password criteria is provided and must be followed to reset a password.
4. Once the new password information is entered, click on “Change.”
5. If the change is successful, then a confirmation message will appear and an e-mail notification is sent for notification of the change. If unsuccessful, an error message will appear on the page.
