Training Maintenance

Parsons users with TMQMaintenanceUser role can access the Maintenance feature. If you want to have access to this feature please ensure you have the TMQMaintenanceUser role. The users with this role will be able to add, view, edit, activate and deactivate questions and answers for the quizzes.

Once you have logged in, you will see the following page. Please click on the "Maintenance" card.

This will take you to the Training Maintenance page seen below.

Using the ‘Inspection Type’ drop down, the users can select the Inspection Type they want to view or make changes to.

In the example below, the user has selected the Inspection Type ‘Heavy Duty Diesel Inspection Training’ from the drop down.

The user can click on the existing questions from the table which will open a slider window with more options as shown below.

On this slider window, the user can –

• View the Question and Answer options
• Update the Question Description in English and French
• Update the module link
• Activate/Deactivate the Question
• Check or uncheck the Mandatory check box which makes the Question mandatory
• Change the correct Answer option
